Some of the Rookies Dakoda, Ty, Jett, And Skylah got a bit of time at the tree where we saw McKenzie put Cruz on the trailer at Round 5 of the QDRC at Willowbank.

The fifth round of QDRC for the 2019 season is done and dusted. After a great morning of racing I qualified 4th. First round I raced Mckenzie- we both cut killer lights, with me running 8.24 on a 8.20 and Mckenzie running 9.23 on a 9.19 with Mckenzie taking the win by 0.04. Disappointing for me as this was my first loss in racing for the 2019 season of QDRC. Second round I went up against Killarney, with a couple of pedals I got the win. Last but not least round three against Jake- I held it flat running a 8.16 on a dial in of 8.16, giving me 2 out of 3 wins for the meet. Best part was again spending the day racing with friends. Good job Mckenzie & Cruz for making the finals!
Also got bragging right from the grudgie with Ricki-Lee.

Well guys the team are back from a windy weekend at willowbank raceway Harry and Killarney both did pretty good everyone was struggling with dial in as the wind was terrible on the weekend but Harry Thwaite got 3 from 3 unfortunately not making the final Killarney back had 2 from 3 wins as well now the team are back at the work shop getting ready for our next event in Cairns the team will be busy this weekend packing

Wow what a windy dusty race day after testing the night before and PBing Ashleigh Pinkstone was a little worried about going too fast after all we went 8.52. Q2 we sent her to full track as I was happy with the increments after Q1 straight into a headwind and still pulled off an 8.59! against her own teammate Connor, Hayden Jones and I added more weight to slow down Speedy Gonzales. After q3’s 8.69 we were happy until we noticed an oil leak and the clutch was loose. So we got that fixed pretty quick ahead of round 1. Massive thanks to Jacob Brown, Nathan Thwaite, Daryl Wagensveld, Craig N Nikki Back for helping get it fixed. We won 2 out of 3 rounds of racing in very difficult conditions. Culprit Racing
